New column Impact added to parent and street order grids. The column displays the level of impact that the order will have on the market according to its % ADV. Orders higher than 15% are represented as High, between 5 and 15% as Med and lower than 5% as Low.

Fixed an issue that could cause inconsistencies when reloading the Security Master file without restarting the application.
