Why was my order rejected?

It depends on the order you sent and the broker who received it. Our support team can help you find out what happened. You can see a possible reason from your broker by right clicking on the rejected order in the blotter and choosing Display Order Chain. The Order Chain dialog shows you activity for that order only. In most cases, the Execution Report blotter shows the reject from your broker and the reason why in the Text column.
